Dear Year 6 Parents and Carers,

SATs workshop – We would like to invite parents and carers to join us for a workshop in which we discuss and unpick SATs week and how the children can best be supported. The workshop will be on Tuesday 3rd February – at 5:30 – in the junior hall. We will discuss what the actual SATs week involves, how best to prepare and revise, we will look at some example questions and discuss methodology, and we will give you an opportunity to look at some previous papers to gauge an understanding of the assessments. We encourage as many of you who can attend to please do so, the workshop should take roughly an hour.
PSHE Trip – We have an upcoming trip to Epsom’s Junior Citizenship day. A letter will be sent home in the near future which will provide further detail.
