School Day

Parents/Carers and children can access Eastwick via either our Eastwick Drive gate or our Eastwick Park Avenue gate and walk through the school to the drop off point for their child/ren.

Gates will be opened at 8.30am and closed  as above ( Eastwick Park gate will be closed at 8.55am) in the morning and opened at 3.00pm and closed at 3.30pm in the afternoon.

Parents of Infant children should be escorted to and collected from their classroom door. The Infant Playground gate and Infant classroom doors will be closed at 8.45am

All Junior Classroom doors and the Junior side gate will be closed at 8.50am

Pupils in Rainbow and Ark should be dropped off and collected from outside the main front doors (Ark) or the Rainbow external classroom doors (Rainbow).

Children should not be left unaccompanied at any time; parents/carers should remain with their children until classroom doors are open.

If parents/carers have siblings in Junior year groups that are being dismissed in separate locations, they should collect their younger child first and then walk to collect their elder child.

Year 5 and 6 children may walk home alone but only when signed authorisation has been provided by parents/carers.

Rules for Accessing the School Site

Parents and Carers should not use their mobile phones when on the school site.

No dogs are permitted on the school site.  This includes all parts of the school grounds.

No cars should access the school site without advanced permission; all gate codes will be changed on a regular basis and may be withdrawn at any time.
