At Eastwick Schools we follow the Fundamental British Values (Respect, Democracy, Individual Liberty, Tolerance, Rule of Law), which are distilled into our School Values: Respect, Responsibility, Care and Honesty. We expect every member of our school community to follow these values to the best of their ability.
Children are taught these values, as part of the Eastwick Curriculum, through values-themed assemblies, the PSHE curriculum, classroom displays and throughout the school day as opportunities arise. All staff use the language of the Eastwick values consistently. Recognition is given to pupils who show these values consistently or who go ‘above and beyond’ expectations.
