Our Four Eastwick Values
Respect
Respect means treating others well — listening, using kind words and looking after our school and the people in it. We teach respect through daily interactions, modelling positive behaviour, and celebrating pupils who show care for others and their environment.
Ambition
Ambition means wanting to do your best — setting goals, trying new things and believing that you can improve with practice. We encourage ambition by helping pupils challenge themselves, celebrate progress and understand that effort leads to growth.
Resilience
Resilience means keeping going when things are tricky — staying calm, trying again and learning from mistakes. We build resilience through supportive teaching, reflective practice and recognising pupils who persevere even when learning feels difficult.
Kindness
Kindness means being helpful and caring — doing small things that make others feel happy, safe and included. We nurture kindness by modelling empathy, encouraging thoughtful actions and celebrating pupils who make a positive difference to others.
