Safeguarding
If you have any concerns that a child has been harmed, is at risk or you receive a disclosure, please contact the school office and speak to a member of the safeguarding team:

Safeguarding outside of school hours
Outside of school hours, if you are worried about the safety of a child/young person, please make use of the following numbers:
Surrey Children’s Services – Children’s Single Point of Access (CSPA) 0300 470 9100 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), cspa@surreycc.gov.uk
- Surrey Crisis Mental Health Helpline 0800 915 4644 (24 hours, 7 days a week) – helpline for all ages (children & adults) CAMHS
- Kooth.com is an on-line counselling service for anybody aged between 11-24 years-old and they are open to 10pm each day. Advice will be given by trained professionals in on-line chat rooms.
- Respect.uk.net is a charity helping to end domestic violence. They will work with those who are victims and help those causing the harm to others. They work alongside lots of other organisations that will help you find the right help you need.

- Surrey Police non-emergency 101, emergency 999
If there is an emergency, please call the police on 999 or 101 if not an emergency but you want to speak to the police.
If you are concerned that you cannot keep someone safe due to mental health reasons, you can call 111 (NHS advice), 999 (emergency services) or take them straight to A&E.
Online Safety
The internet is a wonderful resource, however ensuring our children know how to use the internet safely is paramount. Alongside ongoing teaching in the classroom parents and children can make use of the following resources.
CEOP Education
CEOP is the National Crime Agency’s ‘Child Exploitation and Online Protection’ service. CEOP works with child protection partners across the UK and overseas to identify the main threats to children and coordinates activity against these threats to bring offenders to account. CEOP protects children from harm online and offline, directly through National Crime Agency-led operations and in partnership with local and international agencies.You can contact CEOP to report any inappropriate online activity. CEOP help children stay safe online. If someone has acted inappropriately towards you online, or to a child or young person you know- it may be sexual chat, being asked to do something that makes you feel uncomfortable, or someone being insistent on meeting up you can report it to CEOP by following this link:
ChildLine
ChildLine is a private and confidential service for children and young people up to the age of nineteen. You can contact a ChildLine counsellor about anything – no problem is too big or too small. NSPCC
